Job description

Account Management

  • Lead day-to-day management of integrated accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

  • Chair internal and client WIP meetings, driving progress and accountability across all deliverables.

  • Oversee development and submission of meeting contact reports and monthly activity reports with clear performance metrics.

  • Oversee and sign-off on all materials and reports for client approval.

  • Oversee media monitoring, compilation of media clippings and media pitching.

  • Lead briefing and coordination with third-party partners (designers, digital vendors, event producers).

  • Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communication and building long-term trust.

  • Manage and oversee client events, logistics and coordination

  • Manage and track client deliverables and budgets to prevent over-servicing and ensure account profitability.

  • Manage account budgets, forecasting, and profitability in consultation with senior leads.

  • Resolve complex client and operational issues proactively, bringing in senior counsel where needed.

  • Supervise media monitoring and ensure timely reporting of coverage and insights.

Client Management and Strategy Counsel

  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them navigate communications challenges and opportunities across PR, digital, and owned channels.

  • Lead research and insight development for strategy planning (e.g. competitor analysis, audience profiling, trend monitoring).

  • Shape client narratives and messaging frameworks in collaboration with content and creative leads.

  • Anticipate and address reputational or campaign risks—alerting internal stakeholders and advising clients accordingly.

  • Facilitate media training and prep sessions for senior client spokespeople, ensuring readiness across formats.

  • Represent the agency in key client meetings and presentations, confidently defending recommendations and guiding decision-making.

  • Support senior leadership in business development or renewal discussions with strategic insights and growth recommendations

Content Development

  • Research and assist in development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social/digital content, speeches/talking points, message house, editorial calendar).

  • Write up all materials—press releases, content, media lists. Co-work with the Director to ensure the quality of work.

  • Adapt and customise content for different audiences and formats.

  • Create hooks and create media/audience appeal (e.g., strong pitch, headline, caption).

  • Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story.

  • Support the team with business development research.


AI Fluency and Digital Agility

  • Ability to use AI tools selectively and thoughtfully to elevate work — without compromising originality, strategic thinking, or brand integrity.

  • Demonstrates sound judgment when leveraging AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video generation, summarisation tools) to ideate, research, and enhance client deliverables.

  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, while ensuring ethical use and relevance of output.

  • Strong digital literacy and openness to AI-enhanced workflows that drive speed, scale, and innovation.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in PR field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken).

  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to compile and present data in a clear, structured manner.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Able to start work in a short notice
