Account Manager (PR) / PR Consultant for Tech accounts

Job description

We are looking for an experienced PR & Communications professional to join our boutique agency and manage a motivated team. You are confident to lead accounts and provide strategic counsel to your clients. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of your team's accounts, will develop and adapt communications strategy with your clients, which you and your team then put into practice. You will add to the growth of our agency with your business development and relationship building skills, and are able to develop both traditional and digital content. We do not believe in silos, so you should not want to work in one, either - while your main responsibility is the work for our Tech clients, you will support our B2C,  B2B and Start-up accounts as needed.  As a Manager, you support your team in their professional growth, have their back in client relations, and share your expertise as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for a great communicator with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a PR agency setting based in Singapore, either working with Tech clients or interest in gaining this experience. Your previous role should include both content development and account management. While most of our clients require your services in written and spoken English, we appreciate working knowledge in any other Asian language for our growing APAC client base. First leadership experience would be a plus. You should be familiar with traditional PR but open for the changes the digital age brings. As a great colleague, you contribute to the team spirit and understand that working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive. Work experience in Singapore and good knowledge of the market is essential.
