Job description

As Associate Country Lead, you will support the Regional Vice President and Country Lead to sustain the growth and development of PRecious Communications in the Philippines. As second-in-command, you will oversee operations, advise internal teams and external partners, and drive new opportunities to achieve the agency’s business objectives. As the agency strengthens its network and partnerships with leading companies in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, you will drive integrated marketing and communications solutions in support of the government’s agenda and the Philippines’ emerging renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, and healthcare industries. 


Responsibilities

  • You will support the Regional Vice President and Country Lead, oversee admin and operations, and implement business strategies to achieve the agency’s financial targets in the Philippines 

  • You will oversee budget and capacity, manage revenue attributions with regional business units and local markets, manage regional and local resources accordingly to manage team capabilities, utilization  and client profitability 

  • You will develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market, and implement integrated solutions to support their business 

  • You will manage new business discussions, assemble local and regional pitch and servicing teams with the relevant strength and capabilities to address client needs, and oversee the development and completion of client proposals 

  • You will monitor developments in the private sector, assess the agenda of the public sector, and explore more opportunities for growth and collaboration in support of the agency’s growth strategy

  • You will represent the agency in social networking events and conferences with industry leaders, initiate relationship-building activities with the larger business community and creative industry to strengthen the agency’s network 

  • You will implement marketing initiatives to strengthen the visibility of the agency, highlight the strength and capabilities of the agency and its leadership, and assess industry awards and recognitions that the agency may be qualified for

  • You will advise internal teams, contribute to leadership and development initiatives of the agency, and encourage a culture of growth and creativity; within the agency 

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of integrated communications experience with at least 4 years managing internal teams, external stakeholders, and revenue targets as a business unit leader 

  • Proven track record of managing integrated B2B, B2C, and B2B2C campaigns of leading companies in the Philippines or Southeast Asia, in collaboration with local or multi-market teams 

  • Strategic, highly-analystic problem solver with attention to detail, success metrics, creativity, and quality of service delivered to internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent people management, written, oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deconflict internal and external stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes under pressure 

  • Educational background in integrated marketing communications, business management, organizational communication or related field, experience in government relations and developmental work is a plus
