HR & Administration Executive

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Manager to assist in the provision of right talent and support on recruitment process
  • Support in development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programs
  • Participate and support the roll out of HR initiatives/projects
  • Manage employee benefit and insurance / welfare claims
  • Compile management reports, government surveys and submissions
  • Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing
  • Responsible for work pass applications (EP / S-Pass / WHP)
  • Support in Training and Development activities
  • Maintain employee records
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Manage leave system
  • Assist in company events and activities
  • Support Office Manager

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Finance & Accounting preferred
  • At least 2 yearsof local hands-on HR generalist experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using HRIS for recruitment or payroll will be an added advantage
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates high initiative, proactive and willing to learn
  • At least basic experience / knowledge of relevant Singapore labour laws and regulations
  • Able to liaise with people from different backgrounds and at all levels
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player, resourceful and independent
