Job description
We are looking for a seasoned and highly collaborative Key Account Manager to join our growing Adaptive Communications (AC) team. This role is pivotal in leading day-to-day client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, and orchestrating multi-disciplinary campaign delivery across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
You will work closely with strategist, creatives, digital specialists, and PR leads to ensure that integrated campaigns are not only delivered on time and within budget, but also meet the client’s business and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value client accounts, owning relationship management and client satisfaction.
Translate client needs into integrated briefs and ensure seamless alignment across strategy, creative, PR, social, and media teams.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource coordination.
Lead regular WIPs, campaign reviews, and performance updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of IMC/AC deliverables to strategic objectives and performance KPIs.
Support strategists in delivering messaging frameworks, campaign rollouts, and storytelling platforms across touchpoints.
Partner with business leads to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
Act as a quality gatekeeper for all deliverables going out to clients.
Mentor junior account executives and foster cross-functional team collaboration.
Job requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in account management within an integrated communications or creative agency.
Strong understanding of Adaptive Communications and Integrated Marketing principles, with experience in cross-channel execution.
Track record of managing complex accounts and multistakeholder relationships across brand, PR, digital, and creative functions.
Excellent client servicing and relationship-building capabilities.
Strong project management, budgeting, and resourcing skills.
Experience translating strategic briefs into actionable delivery plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading client-facing conversations.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across silos and lead without direct authority.
Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
