ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Manager/Senior Manager, you will help clients to strengthen their corporate reputation, anticipate and manage potential issues, navigate through times of crises and differentiate themselves from the rest of the pack and achieve ‘top-of-mind’ recall through thought leadership initiatives and campaigns.
In this role, you are expected to be a self-driven leader who proactively identifies opportunities for growth, strengthens client partnerships, and contributes meaningfully to business development and commercial outcomes. You will also mentor managers and consultants, shaping strong teams and future leaders within the organisation.

Job requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing client relationships and account team
Plan, develop and implement corporate and investor relations campaigns and initiatives
Provide Public Relations (PR) and Investor Relations (IR) counsel to clients
Actively participate in new business development, including taking an active role in research and follow-up pertaining to new business opportunities
Drive the development of appropriate media and stakeholders outreach strategies and generate ideas for outreach programmes
Train and motivate team members
Track campaign results against clients’ goals
Supervise and ensure quality control relating to production of collateral materials
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess a University degree in Mass Communication, Arts and Social Science, Psychology and/or Business Management
Minimum 4 years of corporate and financial communications, media or equity research experience preferred (either in-house, agency, media or equity research organisations)
Strong grasp of business and financial issues as well as understanding of global business environment
Possess strong account leadership experience
Able to drive programme development, management and execution
Strong interpersonal skills
Possess excellent spoken and written English as well as second language capabilities
Preferred
Currently based in Singapore, with experience working with multinational corporations, listed companies, financial institutions, or regulated sectors.
Experience supporting corporate reputation, financial communications, investor relations, or stakeholder communications programmes.
Familiarity with Singapore’s public-sector and regulatory communications landscape.
Experience managing regional or multi-market communications programmes.
