Social Media Intern / Graduate Trainee, Public Relations & Client Services

Our Social Media Intern / Graduate Trainee will need to support managing all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and increase audience satisfaction. We ideally look for candidates who are available for at least 6 months.

Duties:

• Create content
• Share ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Schedule posts and create ideas for posts and manage comments on various social media platforms
• Collate strategic market insights
• Support on copywriting, community management and KOL engagements
• Compile monthly work in progress reports for the client

• Fresh graduate / current student from a related discipline (ie. Public Relations / Mass Communications / Marketing / etc.)
• Ability to understand and apply client’s feedback efficiently to your work and ideas
• Organised and meticulous
• Familiar with various social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Enjoys writing / creating content
